In this episode, I sat down with Roos van der Burg, a passionate world traveler and trauma therapist. For almost a decade, she explored many different practices and modalities inside the spiritual community. After all these years she decided to “leave” the new age spirituality to live a more calm life together with her partner in Amsterdam.
Why did she “leave”? What were the gifts and shadows she saw and experienced in the new age community? What does she think is needed to change these shadows in the scene? Roos shares it all in this episode!
